Birmingham-based Geese is bringing a heart-touching performance by the Staging Recovery ensemble to Thinktank, part of the Birmingham Science Museum.

The Staging Recovery Ensemble

Founded in 2015, Staging Recovery has been a sanctuary for creativity, healing, and transformation. This ensemble reveals the transcendent power of art, bringing together individuals in the West Midlands who are on diverse paths of recovery from challenges like substance misuse, mental ill-health, and homelessness. The ensemble has previously performed at numerous conferences, festivals, arts venues, and community spaces.

Audience members will have the opportunity to traverse the emotional and transformative landscapes of the ensemble’s recovery journeys. Each performance revolves around threads of resilience, healing, and triumph over adversity. The performance takes place a ThinkTank, Birmingham, where science meets art.
